Yehoram Gaon and Aharon Razel Release Moving Song Built on Memorial Stickers
Israeli singers Yehoram Gaon and Aharon Razel have teamed up for a new emotional song, 'Lemaan Achai', accompanied by a unique music video made entirely of memorial stickers.
The prolonged wartime reality in Israeli society since October 7 has sparked a surprising intergenerational collaboration, resulting in a deeply moving song and a creative music video composed entirely of memorial stickers.
While taking a stroll with his wife, singer Aharon Razel received a text message urging people to remember those in need of support within their circles. Razel immediately began composing the song 'Lemaan Achai' on the spot. Later, lyricist Avi Ohion joined in shaping the lyrics, as reported on Wednesday.
Veteran artist Yehoram Gaon, who performed the emotional lyrics and melody alongside Razel, shared how instantly he connected with the track. 'I read the words and heard the melody, and I was moved. I felt it spoke directly to my heart and to the hearts of all of us,' Gaon said.
Beyond the musical union of Gaon and Razel, the project features a striking visual component: a music video built exclusively out of memorial stickers dedicated to the fallen and murdered. 'I feel this song truly captures the spirit of our times and the sensitivities of the days following October,' Razel noted, dedicating the work to everyone who has given their all for the people of Israel as a powerful call for solidarity and care.
