A 23-year-old resident of Deir al-Asad has been formally charged with breaking into two businesses in Bi'ina, located in the Galilee region, including an incident where he pulled a knife on a shop owner.
According to the indictment, the suspect entered a local business in the early hours of September 28 while the clerk was stocking beverages in a refrigerator outside the cash register area. Noticing the situation, the defendant went inside and attempted to open the register.
The clerk spotted him, prompting the suspect to grab the register keys and initiate a physical confrontation. During the struggle, the defendant drew a knife, threatened the owner, and attempted to attack him while demanding cash.
