Fox CEO Harel Wiesel Sells Shares Worth 1.04 Million Shekels

Fox CEO Harel Wiesel sold shares worth 1.04 million shekels, retaining a 6.47% stake valued at 304 million shekels. Meanwhile, Golf CEO Eyal Greenberg made a minor purchase of 54 shares.

Harel Wiesel, controlling shareholder and CEO of the Fox retail group, has exercised a portion of his holdings in the company, selling shares with a total value of 1.04 million shekels. According to Fox's report, the transaction was executed in several phases, during which Wiesel sold 3,077 shares at an average price of 338 shekels per share. Fox is traded at a valuation of 4.7 billion shekels.

Following the sale, Wiesel holds 899,924 shares, representing 6.47% of the company's capital, valued at 304 million shekels. Wiesel retains a significant stake and remains part of the group's interested parties alongside Avraham Fox, who holds 22.19% of Fox's shares, Migdal insurance company, which holds 7.45%, and brothers Asaf and Yiftach Wiesel, who hold 6.5% each.

Simultaneously, Golf group CEO Eyal Greenberg made a minor change to his holdings, purchasing 54 shares of the company. The transaction was executed at a price of 8.87 shekels per share, with a total value of just 479 shekels. Golf is traded at a valuation of 393 million shekels.

Following the purchase, Greenberg holds 515,629 shares. His holding rate remained essentially unchanged, and he continues to hold 1.16% of the fashion group's shares, valued at 4.5 million shekels.
