Fidelity Sells Most of Next Vision Stake for 1.3 Billion Shekels
Fidelity Investments is selling most of its stake in Israeli drone camera maker Next Vision for about 1.3 billion shekels, ending its status as a major shareholder.

Fidelity Investments is selling most of its stake in drone camera manufacturer Next Vision for approximately 1.3 billion shekels, roughly a year after acquiring a nearly 10% holding in the company. Goldman Sachs is currently distributing 5.7 million Next Vision shares locally, with the majority acquired by foreign entities estimated to have purchased shares worth about 1 billion shekels.
The shares were sold at a 7% discount to the market price. Next Vision shares closed the trading day at 244 shekels, meaning the transaction price reflects roughly 227 shekels per share. Prior to the deal, Fidelity held 8.8 million Next Vision shares. Selling 5.7 million shares—nearly two-thirds of its holding—will leave it with approximately 3.1 million shares, ending its status as a major shareholder in the company.
The fund built its stake in Next Vision in two phases during 2025: initially through stock exchange purchases through May, followed by a 200 million dollar investment during the company's capital raising round in September. Established 80 years ago, Fidelity is one of the world's largest asset management firms, managing 20 trillion dollars in assets as a private company with over 80,000 employees.
