Fattal Hotel Group Unveils Major Expansion and New Hospitality Collections in Israel
Fattal Hotel Group announced a major expansion strategy in Israel featuring 12 new hotels by 2030 and two new hospitality collections: Fattal Limited Edition and Fattal Colors.

Fattal Hotel Group is restructuring its hospitality strategy in Israel, introducing two distinct collections: Fattal Limited Edition and Fattal Colors. The strategic move was unveiled at an event at the new THE YACHT hotel in the Herzliya Marina, highlighting the group's ongoing expansion despite challenges in the local tourism sector.
Aggressive Development and Expansion Plans
Despite a complex period for tourism, Fattal is pressing forward with substantial investments. Hundreds of millions of shekels are being directed toward renovating existing properties, including Leonardo Plaza hotels in Jerusalem, Haifa, the Dead Sea, and Ashdod. Furthermore, the group announced that 12 new hotels will open across Israel by 2030.
These upcoming properties will add more than 2,000 rooms to the company's portfolio. Key projects under construction include a new hotel in Eilat, a NYX hotel featuring an innovative water park at the Dead Sea, and the luxury Palatin Hotel in Tel Aviv.
Two Distinct Hospitality Concepts
The strategic shift divides Fattal's properties into two specialized categories tailored to modern traveler preferences:
-
Fattal Limited Edition: Luxury hotels where "the hotel is the destination." This collection features exceptional locations, meticulous architecture, high-end culinary offerings, and spa and wellness facilities. Properties include THE YACHT in Herzliya, THE JAFFA in Jaffa, Canaan Hotel in Safed, and Botanica in Haifa, with the Palatin Hotel in Tel Aviv joining soon.
-
Fattal Colors: Urban boutique hotels where "the city is part of the vacation." These properties draw inspiration from local streets and neighborhoods, featuring concepts such as chef-driven breakfasts rather than traditional dining rooms. Current hotels include Bachar House, Nordoy, Sam & Blondie, and Rothschild 22 in Tel Aviv, with planned expansions in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
"We continued to invest hundreds of millions out of a belief in the future of Israeli tourism," noted Nadav Fattal, co-CEO of the group.
Founded in 1998, the Fattal Hotel Group has grown into an international hospitality powerhouse operating 332 hotels across 22 countries, including 64 properties in Israel and the remainder across Europe and the Mediterranean basin, totaling over 59,000 rooms.
