Eyal Berkovic lowers the price of his Haifa villa to 10.5 million shekels

The luxury villa of Eyal Berkovic and his ex-wife Tali in the Denya A neighborhood in Haifa is still for sale, and now the asking price for the property stands at 10.5 million shekels – a decrease compared to the price at which the villa was previously offered.

According to a report in "Sport 1", Tali Berkovic, who works in the real estate sector, comes to Haifa at least once a week to manage the property, show it to interested parties, and answer buyers' questions. Tali herself left Haifa and moved to Tel Aviv, where she is engaged in the sale and rental of luxury apartments.

The villa was previously offered for sale for 11.25 million shekels. The property spans an area of one dunam, includes approximately 400 square meters of built-up space, 7 rooms, an attached housing unit, and an elevator inside the house. In addition, the property has parking spaces and a pool, and it enjoys a view of Haifa.

Already in March 2025, it was reported that the former couple had decided to officially sell their shared home, which was offered at the time for 11 million shekels.

As a reminder, Eyal and Tali met back in their school days in Haifa. They married in 1994 and brought 3 children into the world. Over the years, Tali accompanied Eyal during periods when he received job offers abroad. The two divorced in 2015, after more than 30 years of partnership.

Eyal Berkovic, 54, the former footballer who starred in Israel and Europe, retired from active football in 2006. In recent years, he has become a sought-after media personality, first at Keshet 12 and now as a talent for Reshet 13, where he earns, according to reports, no less than 200 thousand shekels per month.
