Reality Stars Evelin Evenshtein and Tohar Haimovich Name Newborn Son Theo
Reality TV stars Evelin Evenshtein and Tohar Haimovich have named their newborn son Theo, meaning 'gift from God', eleven years after losing their firstborn.
A little over a week after welcoming a new baby boy, reality TV winners Evelin Evenshtein and Tohar Haimovich have revealed the name chosen for their newborn. In an emotional Instagram post shared on Tuesday, Evenshtein posted photos from the circumcision ceremony and disclosed the baby's name along with its deep personal meaning.
Meet Theo Haimovich, the newest addition to the family. "The meaning of your name is 'gift from God', and that is exactly what you are to us," Evenshtein wrote alongside photos from the event, adding, "Welcome, delight of my heart."
The choice of name is especially poignant given the couple's tragic past. In 2015, Evenshtein and Haimovich lost their firstborn son, Leni, at just a year and a half old due to a rare genetic condition. Since then, they have welcomed three daughters, and now, 11 years after the devastating loss, another son has joined the family.
Back in April, Evenshtein announced her pregnancy in a family post surrounded by her three daughters. "A gift we didn't plan, but apparently someone else did," she wrote at the time.
