Israeli startup enso, a developer of artificial intelligence agents for marketing and sales, has announced plans for an aggressive expansion into the traditional advertising sector. The company intends to acquire two leading marketing and performance agencies, PPG Digital and LeadCoverage, in a dual transaction valued between $20 million and $25 million.

According to reports, enso will acquire Israel-based PPG Digital, which manages over 600 million shekels in media budgets, alongside the American marketing firm LeadCoverage. This strategic move will add approximately 50 new employees to enso and integrate its AI agents directly into classical advertising workflows using advanced automation.

The expansion comes as consumer search behavior shifts toward AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. enso's AI agents evaluate real-time brand rankings and recommendations within these models, running controlled experiments to automate successful marketing strategies.

Founded in 2024 by CEO Miki Haslavsky, enso currently employs 26 people and has raised $23 million to date from backers including MoreTech Ventures, NFX, and Phenomen VC. Its clientele features major firms such as Papaya Global, MyHeritage, and Israel Canada. To fund the acquisitions, enso plans to launch a significant new financing round.
