Who is working behind the scenes for billionaire Alex Skler? A Kan 11 investigation points to the involvement of PR consultant Ronen Tzur and private investigator Irad Tamir, whose controversial methods have previously drawn significant scrutiny.
The "Hadashot HaShabbat" program on Kan 11 has aired a comprehensive investigation into the high-profile conflict between billionaire Alex Skler and private investigator Zvika Nave. The report centers on an aggressive billboard campaign deployed across the country, including the Ayalon Highway and the Gush Dan region.
Journalist Ayala Hasson described the situation as a "movie drama" that began after Nave married Skler's ex-wife. The investigation revealed that private investigators had approached Violetta Skler, the billionaire's ex-wife, claiming to possess recordings of Nave. Furthermore, PR consultants reportedly communicated with Skler through his right-hand man, Irad Tamir, who operated under the alias "Amir."
While Skler has presented himself in interviews as a reformer fighting against unacceptable norms, the investigation exposed the key figures managing his campaign behind the scenes:

According to a 2023 investigation by Channel 12, the ITI investigation firm led by Tamir was accused of using illegal methods to obtain information. A former employee (L.) testified that Tamir allegedly coerced her into intimate relations with subjects to secure evidence. Other reported methods included the use of fictitious profiles and the systematic pressure of business and public rivals.
Following those revelations, the Ministry of Justice opened a probe into Tamir's firm to examine the potential revocation of his license.
In response to the Kan 11 report, Skler dismissed the claims as baseless, stating that the truth would be clarified in court. Nave also rejected the allegations, labeling them a "lying denial campaign." Ronen Tzur maintained that his assistance to Skler is conducted within the framework of the law, while Irad Tamir stated that he does not confirm or deny his clients, adding that the case mentioned in the investigation was previously reviewed by the Israel Police and closed.
