Eliana Tidhar reveals details of her new project: "It will be amazing"
Eliana Tidhar spoke about balancing a busy schedule with baby Nevo, her relationship with Lee Biran, and their upcoming joint series.
When you arrive at a sparkling launch event just after September 1st, you usually expect to meet tired parents trying to recover from the end of the summer vacation. But at the new Delta pop-up event celebrating 100 years of Winnie the Pooh, Eliana Tidhar arrived fresh and smiling. We caught up with her to discuss her little son Nevo's first steps in the education system, her relationship with Lee Biran, and the new projects on the horizon.
The morning of the event was all about new beginnings. "He is literally starting to learn the new routine this morning, and so are we," Eliana says with excitement about Nevo entering kindergarten. When asked who the little one looks like more, the answer came quickly: "Lee. Totally."
For Eliana, who grew up from a very young age alongside the biggest stars in the industry, working in the entertainment field came naturally. "I think it was amazing for me; I learned a lot from everyone I worked with, so I gained a lot of experience from people with a lot of experience," she shares about her childhood and youth under the spotlight.
Today, when the entertainment industry is the home field for both her and her partner Lee Biran, the combination of a demanding career and home life turns out to be a winning formula:
"I think that for both of us, it's the most amazing thing there is. There is something very, very liberating about coming home and not having to explain too much, because the partner understands exactly what was experienced during the day. You can consult; it's just fun to be in it together. For us, it works great."
However, managing a busy routine between shooting days, rehearsals, and raising a child is not a simple matter. When asked how much time she and Lee get to spend together a week, she answers with a laugh: "15 minutes." But don't be mistaken: show business stays outside the doorstep. "The relationship at home is not under the spotlight. But we are fine; we know when to invest."
And what about the professional future? After no less than 14 years on the Festigal stages, it seems that Eliana's passion is not fading at all. "Although it's been 14 years, it's not really the same thing every year. The team changes, the cast changes, the story changes, so there are a lot of new things that are exciting every year, and it doesn't feel the same."
At the same time, the couple is currently moving to the forefront as creators, as they are behind a new series they wrote together. "It has finished filming; it will be broadcast on November 1st. After many edits, it will be amazing," she reveals.
