Eilat Hotels Launch All-Inclusive Extra Concept and Luxury Upgrades
Eilat hotels Orchid Village and Herbert Samuel Royal Shangri-La are launching an All Inclusive Extra package and adult-only lodging, part of a major tourism investment wave.
Eilat's hospitality market is undergoing a major transformation as the Orchid Village and the luxury Herbert Samuel Royal Shangri-La villa hotel introduce an "All Inclusive Extra" concept starting October 4, 2026. The new package includes continuous dining throughout the day, premium foreign alcohol, unlimited ice cream, wellness workshops, entertainment shows, and free admission to leading local attractions such as the Waterland water park, the Underwater Observatory, introductory dives, and jeep tours.
In addition to the all-inclusive upgrade, the Royal Shangri-La villa hotel is shifting to an adults-only exclusive complex for guests aged 18 and over, featuring spacious suites and 48 villas with private pools. These changes coincide with a broader wave of multimillion-shekel investments across Israel's tourism sector, including the recent massive overhaul of the Leonardo Plaza Tiberias—formerly Leonardo Plaza—following a 150 million shekel renovation project.
