Dian Schwartz broke down on stage: "This is the first time this has happened to me"
The star of "Dancing with the Stars" went up to perform on stage last night, but the dance she had practiced for a long time did not go as smoothly as she had planned. After the performance, she shared with her followers what she went through in those moments.
Dian Schwartz became especially busy after her time on "Big Brother," and today she has returned to the screens as a star of the Keshet 12 dance reality show, "Dancing with the Stars." Dian had already auditioned in the previous season, but only this year did she get to join the big stage.
Schwartz entered the competition with full energy and promised to give her all, which was evident on screen. In the program that aired on Saturday, the star went up to perform alongside her partner, dancer Lotem Madmoni, but due to the heavy pressure, she got confused with the steps. Although she did not let it break her and continued to dance despite everything, she did not skip addressing the incident.
In a post she uploaded to her Instagram page, she addressed the unpleasant moment on stage:
"Sometimes not everything goes as planned. For the first time in my life, I experienced a blackout in the middle of a dance. For a moment, I simply forgot the steps. Apparently, the pressure, the excitement, and everything around managed to get under my skin. This was not the moment I wanted, but it was a moment that reminded me of something important: I am human, and it is allowed to make mistakes."
"You see the perfect moments on the screen, but behind every number are hours of work, excitement, pressure, and a lot of desire to give the best possible," she continued, describing the hard work behind the scenes. "Sometimes it succeeds exactly as I imagined, and sometimes less. I choose not to judge myself for this mistake, but to move forward, learn from it, and remind myself that the path is also composed of such moments."
Schwartz chose to summarize the event with optimism: "It is not the mistake that defines us, but the way we choose to rise from it. Thank you to everyone who was with me, supported me, and sent love — it is not taken for granted."
