Hundreds of apartments at a discount: "Hever" and "Aura" launch new housing campaign

The "Hever" club and the "Aura" company have launched a large-scale housing campaign, offering hundreds of apartments in five projects across the country to club members and their immediate family members.

The campaign includes apartments in Hadera, Ramat HaSharon, Ramat Hen (Ramat Gan), Kiryat Ono, and Ofakim from existing stock. Available options range from 2 to 6-room apartments, garden apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses.

Beyond the discount on the purchase price, buyers will receive a full exemption from linkage differentials throughout the construction period. Additionally, a payment plan will be offered where the bulk of the consideration is paid towards the occupancy date, alongside free mortgage consulting and preferred financing terms.

In Hadera, apartments are offered in a project located between the Hadera forest and the city center, near the train station and highways 2 and 4. In Ramat HaSharon, the project is a new complex in the Morasha neighborhood, featuring six towers, commercial areas, a park, and educational institutions.

In the new Ramat Hen neighborhood in Ramat Gan, three towers are being built near the National Park, the Safari, and the Purple Line of the light rail. In Kiryat Ono, the "HaOren" project is participating, and in Ofakim, apartments are available in the developing Afikey HaNahal neighborhood.

Registration opened on August 6 and will close on August 19 at 14:00. Sales days are scheduled from August 24 to August 28 on a "first come, first served" basis. After registering on the "Hever" club website, participants will be invited to sales days in the order of their registration.
