Automotive group Delhom Motors has officially taken over the operations of the JAC brand in Israel as part of the restructuring plan for Automax's direct import activities. This strategic move further expands Delhom Motors' growing portfolio, which already includes passenger car franchises such as BAIC, ArcFox, and ROX, as well as commercial vehicles, pickups, and buses from FOTON, CAVAN, and King Long.

Restoring Customer Trust and Service Support

Executives at Delhom Motors emphasized that alongside expanding JAC sales and operations across the local market, the company's immediate priority is restoring the trust of existing customers who previously purchased JAC vehicles in Israel. Starting November 1, Delhom Motors will provide comprehensive service through its established logistics, spare parts, and service center networks.

The company has committed to delivering full support, periodic maintenance, and spare parts supply to all vehicle owners, including those who bought their cars before Delhom took over the franchise.

Upgraded Warranty and Free Maintenance

Recognizing customer trust as a primary objective, JAC agreed to significantly enhance its customer support framework as part of the deal. The manufacturer's warranty will be extended from 3 years or 120,000 kilometers to 5 years or 150,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. Additionally, every current JAC owner in Israel will be entitled to one complimentary periodic service.

"We strongly believe in JAC and the quality of the vehicles the manufacturer produces. But in my view, vehicle quality is only part of the promise to the customer. An importer must stand behind the buyer long after the purchase," said Hamdan Delhom, president and founder of Delhom Motors.
