In a Tel Aviv club: Indictment against a 38-year-old man suspected of assaulting two women

An indictment was filed yesterday, Monday, against a 38-year-old man suspected of committing indecent acts against two women at a club on Allenby Street in Tel Aviv.
According to the indictment filed at the Magistrate's Court, the two women were attacked one after the other on the dance floor by the defendant, with whom they had no prior acquaintance. He was arrested immediately after the incident and faces two counts of committing an indecent act.
The incident occurred around 1:30 AM. In the first case, the indictment alleges that the defendant stood behind one of the victims, grabbed her waist and buttocks firmly, and pressed his body against hers. The victim was startled and moved away from him.
However, the indictment states that immediately afterward, while still on the dance floor, the defendant approached a second victim. The prosecution claims he committed an indecent act against her as well, allegedly putting his hand under her skirt and grabbing her buttocks over her underwear. In response, the victim turned around and cursed at him.
