Dancing with the Stars Special Raises 17 Million NIS for Israeli Families
Following the Dancing with the Stars finale on Keshet 12, the cast returned for a special Latet charity broadcast, raising over 17 million NIS to provide holiday meals for Israeli families.
Just a week after the grand finale of "Dancing with the Stars" on Keshet 12, where Amir Banai and Rumi Nof were crowned the winners, the couples returned to the dance floor for one final evening. This time, it was not a competition for first place, but a special broadcast entirely dedicated to raising donations for Israeli families ahead of the holiday.
A Night of Dance and Generosity
The broadcast was held in collaboration with the "Latet" association and featured dance, singing, and stand-up comedy. Julia Schahar and Yogev Malka led the live donation collection, and at the end of the broadcast, the total amount raised was revealed: 17,332,920 NIS. According to the broadcast data, these donations will enable the distribution of 192,588 holiday meals to thousands of families across Israel.
Moving Performances and Fan Favorites
Among the participants were the season's fresh winners, Amir Banai and Rumi Nof, who took to the floor once more to perform a routine dedicated to Banai's partner, Noa Reinhold. Sharan Yeini also returned to perform alongside dancer Karin Sorocinschi, joined on stage by his young daughter to the tunes of "Boi LeEilat," originally performed by his late father, Lior Yeini.

Alongside the performances, the broadcast revealed the audience's choice for the favorite dance of the entire season. Voting had opened during the finale night, asking viewers to select their preferred routine. At the end of the broadcast, Lucy Ayoub announced that Noa Cohen and Eitan Kreeps secured first place with their powerful Paso Doble to Shlomo Artzi's song "Tirkod."
