The supermarket chain "Salah Dabbah and Sons" is expanding its retail operations by launching "Dabbah Kitchen," a new fast-food restaurant concept located inside its branches offering meat dishes. The initiative aims to provide consumers with a quick and accessible culinary solution alongside their grocery shopping.

The menu relies heavily on the chain's signature meat products. Customers can dine in or take away. The current offering focuses on meat dishes including hamburgers, smash burgers, and grilled chicken served with two side dishes, with plans to expand the menu further in the future.

To mark the launch, "Dabbah Kitchen" is offering a smash burger meal including fries and a drink for 59.90 NIS, a children's smash burger meal for 35 NIS, and a crispy chicken meal for 59.90 NIS. The restaurants are open Sunday through Saturday from 08:00 to 22:00, serving coffee, pastries, and sandwiches in the morning, followed by meat dishes starting at 11:00.

The first two branches have opened in Ein HaMifratz and Nazareth, with an additional branch planned in Beersheba. CEO Salah Dabbah noted that the concept brings the group's expertise in meat and food into a new, accessible format for shoppers and travelers alike. The chain operates six large supermarkets nationwide and the Dabbah Mall near the Carmiel interchange.
