The crypto market concludes a positive week, as leading currencies show notable gains in market capitalization. At the top of the table stands Bitcoin (BTC) with a massive market capitalization of 1.57 trillion dollars, after recording an impressive weekly jump of 24.39%. In second place is Ethereum (ETH) with a market capitalization of 290.36 billion dollars, which showed an even sharper weekly increase of 28.29%.
The highest weekly jump among major currencies was recorded by XRP, which soared by 38.74% over the last seven days, establishing its market capitalization at 87.20 billion dollars. At the same time, BNB also recorded a positive week with a weekly increase of 11.88%, and its market capitalization now stands at 90.37 billion dollars.
In the stablecoin sector, almost complete stability was maintained throughout the past week. Tether (USDT) currently holds a market capitalization of 183.06 billion dollars after a minor weekly change of +0.09%, while USDC shows a market capitalization of 72.87 billion dollars, alongside a negligible weekly change of only +0.02% over the last seven days.
