Are Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez Getting Married This Saturday? The Truth Behind the Rumors
Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez are once again at the center of wedding rumors. However, reports suggest that the claims regarding a ceremony in Sintra are inaccurate.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez are once again at the center of wedding rumors. The British tabloid "The Sun" reported that the couple was spotted boarding a yacht in Mallorca wearing matching diamond rings, sparking speculation that they might marry as early as this weekend. Portuguese media even pointed to the Quinta da Regaleira estate in Sintra as the venue.
However, according to "Hola" magazine, these reports are incorrect. The magazine verified that the couple is not getting married this weekend, noting that the rumors were based on an alleged invitation shown on a Portuguese television program. Furthermore, the estate is open to visitors on Saturday and is scheduled to host a musical performance, making a private event highly unlikely.
According to the invitation, the couple was supposed to marry at 17:00, with guests requested to wear black. The Spanish magazine points out that the estate will host a performance by singer Silvana Peres that evening, casting significant doubt on the possibility of a private wedding. Representatives for the venue declined to comment.
Ronaldo and Georgina met in 2016 while she was working at a Gucci store in Madrid. They have since become one of the world's most famous couples, raising five children together. Georgina previously told "Elle" that they dream of an intimate wedding rather than an ostentatious event. She also discussed her engagement ring—a massive 35-carat oval diamond—which experts value at no less than five million euros.
CR7, who proposed last year, has previously stated his intention to marry her. In an interview with Piers Morgan, he said:
"I will marry her because I believe it is the right time. Not only because she is the mother of my children, but because she is the person I love the most."
An official date has not yet been set. Meanwhile, the couple is enjoying their summer vacation, spending time on the beach and training together before Ronaldo returns to Al-Nassr. They are also continuing to establish their life in Saudi Arabia, having purchased two luxury villas in the Ritz-Carlton's Nujuma project on the Red Sea coast.
