A blow to drivers: The central road will be closed to traffic starting tonight
The Netivei Israel company announced massive infrastructure works on one of the central axes in Israel. Due to this, new traffic arrangements will apply from tonight until Thursday, and drivers are requested to use alternative routes.

The Netivei Israel company announced that starting from the night of 26.07.26 until Thursday, 30.07.26, between the hours of 23:55 and 05:00 the following morning, paving works will be carried out on the exit ramp from Highway 4 northbound to Highway 44 eastbound at the HaShiv'a Interchange.
As part of the maintenance and asphalt rehabilitation works at the HaShiv'a Interchange, new traffic arrangements will be in effect starting tonight. The exit ramp from the HaShiv'a Interchange from Highway 4 northbound to Highway 44 eastbound will be hermetically closed during working hours, and traffic will be diverted to alternative routes in accordance with signage and traffic direction at the site.

Drivers are requested to continue to the Ganot Interchange, or turn right onto Highway 1 eastbound, or turn right at the Shapirim Interchange onto Highway 412 southbound. "We apologize for the temporary inconvenience and thank you for your patience and cooperation," stated the Netivei Israel company.
As a reminder, recently, the Oron Holdings and Investments group, through its subsidiary Oron Infrastructure and Construction, won two tenders from the Netivei Israel company for the execution of Design-Build projects on two central segments along Highway 4, with a total length of approximately 10 km and a total financial scope of approximately 545 million shekels.
