According to court records first published by The Bulwark, the charges stem from an alleged incident on May 23, 2025, with an arraignment scheduled for October 14.
Legal Troubles and Background
Peters gained online prominence through the looksmaxxing trend, which encourages young people to take extreme measures to improve their physical appearance. His controversial online presence previously drew international scrutiny, including a visit to Israel last July that sparked public outrage.
Legal representatives for Peters have strongly pushed back against the reports. Mitchell Jackson, a representative for the influencer, told The Hollywood Reporter that Clavicular had not been physically served with the documents and accused the initial publication of exaggerating the case status for web traffic.
Prior Controversies
The Massachusetts charges follow a series of legal and public relations issues for the young influencer. Earlier this year, Peters faced a civil lawsuit in Florida filed by Alexandra and Silvana Mendoza, who accused him of assault, fraud, and non-consensual sexual misconduct.
