Chris Brown Faces Harassment Allegations and Child Support Dispute With Ex
Singer Chris Brown faces mounting harassment and child support allegations from his ex-partner Diamond Brown, according to new court documents obtained by TMZ.
The legal battle between singer Chris Brown and his ex-partner Diamond Brown is escalating, with new court documents revealing serious allegations of harassment and an ongoing dispute over child support for their four-year-old daughter, Lovely.
Escalating Harassment Claims
According to documents filed in court and obtained by TMZ, Diamond accuses the singer of obsessive and threatening behavior. The former couple split about two years ago, but Diamond claims Chris refuses to move on. She alleges that he becomes furious when she dates other men, going so far as to threaten the life of her recent partner and his twin brother. Furthermore, she claims he sometimes uses third parties to deliver threatening messages.
I am not supposed to be afraid to move on with my life just because of his anger and resentment, Diamond stated in the legal filings.
Child Support and Financial Discrepancies
Beyond the harassment allegations, the dispute heavily centers on financial support. Diamond asserts that Chris, whose net worth is estimated at around 50 million dollars, earns significantly more than her while her monthly income sits at just 1,500 dollars. She claims he refuses to hand over financial documents required to determine fair child support payments, intentionally delaying the process. While she emphasizes she does not expect his luxurious lifestyle, she is seeking basic stability for their daughter, noting the lavish gifts he reportedly provides to the mothers of his other children.
In response, representatives for Chris Brown have strongly denied the harassment allegations, questioning the claims and maintaining that the singer denies any wrongdoing.
