Leadership Transition at Poliron Group: Dror Morad Appointed CEO
After many years of leadership at the company owned by Kibbutz Zikim, veteran CEO Kobi Poda is retiring. Dror Morad has been appointed as his successor to lead the group's business strategy.

Poliron Group is a long-standing Israeli manufacturer of mattresses, beds, and adjustable sleep systems, owned by Kibbutz Zikim.
The company has announced the appointment of Dror Morad as its new CEO. He will succeed Kobi Poda, who is retiring after years of leading the company and contributing significantly to its growth and development.
In his new role, Morad will be responsible for executing the group's business strategy, expanding operations in Israel and international markets, strengthening the brand portfolio, and accelerating growth. His mandate includes overseeing product development, promoting innovation, adapting solutions to evolving market needs, enhancing customer experience, and driving operational excellence.
Morad brings extensive management experience in leading companies and driving strategic processes that foster growth and innovation.
