Legal-Tech Startup Chamelio Secures $26 Million in Series A Funding
Israeli startup Chamelio secured $26 million in a Series A round led by Entrée Capital, just nine months after its seed round, bringing total funding to $36 million.

Israeli legal-tech startup Chamelio has announced the completion of a $26 million Series A funding round led by Entrée Capital, bringing its total funding to approximately $36 million in less than a year.
The round also saw participation from Work-Bench, Emerge Ventures, and Bright Pixel Capital. The rapid new fundraising follows a $10 million seed round announced in January 2025. According to Chamelio CEO Alex Zilberman, the company's annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew roughly fourfold within months, surpassing 100 enterprise clients.
AI Agents and Enterprise Growth
Founded in 2024 by CEO Alex Zilberman, COO Gil Benias, and CTO Gal Lallouche, Chamelio develops a centralized platform designed to manage an organization's legal knowledge and workflows. The system integrates with existing corporate tools like Microsoft Word, Slack, and email, serving prominent Israeli and international companies such as Cellebrite, WSC Sports, Lightricks, Wiz, and Fiverr.
Zilberman noted that the product has evolved from prompt-based AI to autonomous agents capable of monitoring contract renewals, tracking regulatory changes, preparing documents, and executing workflows independently.
"We see a very clear shift from AI that waits for a prompt to AI that takes responsibility and a role within the legal department," Zilberman explained.
Expanding Global Ambitions
The fresh capital will be utilized to accelerate global expansion and scale operations to meet surging market demand. The founders aim to position Chamelio as the definitive operating system for legal departments in commercial enterprises worldwide.
