A bizarre incident occurred on Friday night at the Austin City Limits (ACL) music festival in Zilker Park, Texas. During the performance of electronic music duo The Chainsmokers, a young audience member stripped completely naked and began dancing to the music. According to footage obtained by the American gossip site TMZ, the attendee was seen dancing without clothes while drawing the attention of nearby festival-goers.
However, the nude dance was only part of the drama. Witnesses reported that the young man caused a major commotion after stripping, smeared himself with mud, and began acting aggressively toward the staff working near the main sound booth.
Eyewitnesses stated that the attendee began throwing punches and attempted to damage the professional sound and amplification equipment at the site. According to field estimates and testimonies, the chaos near the sound booth lasted for about ten minutes before order was restored.
The bizarre event also caught the attention of the band members performing at the time. According to reports, Drew Taggart, a member of the duo, reacted to the naked fan directly from the stage during the performance. At this point, it remains unclear what led to the young man's unusual behavior, and it has not yet been reported whether local police intervened and arrested him.
