The Canaan Hotel, part of the Fattal Limited Edition collection, will host a culinary weekend from November 12 to 14, centered around a collaboration between internationally renowned Israeli chef Moshik Roth and Chef Amos Chayon, who leads the hotel's 26.8 Wine Bar.

The two chefs will lead a joint opening dinner blending their distinct styles, incorporating local and seasonal ingredients inspired by winter in the Galilee. They will be joined by Guy Rodovsky, corporate executive chef for the Fattal hotel chain, and David Amsalag, executive chef at the Canaan Hotel.

Culinary Highlights and Wine Tastings

Chef Moshik Roth, who earned two Michelin stars in the Netherlands and currently leads the &Moshik restaurant in Tel Aviv, will participate in the event linking local cuisine, Galilee produce, wine, and culinary storytelling with the hotel's wellness philosophy.

"The culinary weekend is designed to connect guests with the seasonal flavors and local producers of the Galilee region, creating an immersive gastronomic experience."

Friday's schedule features a culinary panel discussion with the participating chefs, followed by olive oil tastings from the Achia estate and wine tastings from the Dalton Winery. A festive Friday dinner will be served in the evening.

Wellness and Relaxation Activities

Alongside the culinary program, the weekend will offer various wellness activities, including meditation, sound healing, yoga, intuitive movement, breathwork, ice bath immersion, and a sunset ceremony combining music and wine.

Prices for a double room on a half-board basis start at 6,971 NIS, with members of the Fattal loyalty club eligible for discounted rates starting at 5,920 NIS.

Located atop Mount Canaan overlooking Safed, Mount Meron, and the Sea of Galilee, the adults-only hotel emphasizes a slow-stay concept connecting nature, the seasons, and local gastronomy across its 119 rooms and suites.
