The new menu features a variety of plant-based dishes that combine meat and chicken alternatives with fresh ingredients, vegetables, and signature sauces. Prices range between 65 and 81 shekels, offering choices suitable for both light bites and full lunches.

New Plant-Based Offerings

The pilot menu includes sandwiches, a tortilla, salads, pastries, and a noodle dish. Notable items include pulled vegan meat on toasted white bread for 65 shekels, a vegan chicken tortilla for 68 shekels, and a rich vegan chicken salad featuring quinoa, lentils, and sweet potato cubes priced at 74 shekels.

Additional options feature a vegan lahmajoun for 72 shekels and a wok-fried vegan chicken noodle dish for 81 shekels, which can also be served with rice instead of noodles.

Elad Amsalem, head chef at Cafe Greg, commented on the rollout:

"We are excited to launch our first vegan pilot at Cafe Greg, allowing us to offer the plant-based community in Pardes Hanna a diverse, rich, and flavorful culinary experience. We carefully designed a menu that blends familiar favorites with plant-based ingredients while maintaining high standards for texture and flavor."

Cafe Greg, owned by Yair Malka, Gilad Almog, and Nir Edri, operates approximately 120 branches nationwide. The company will evaluate the Pardes Hanna pilot to assess local demand before considering a broader rollout across its chain.
