Brown Hotels Enters Italian Market With Acquisition of Amedia Milan
Brown Hotels, backed by Israel Canada, enters the Italian market by acquiring the Amedia Milan hotel, expanding its European portfolio following recent expansions in Germany.
Brown Hotels, backed by Israel Canada, is making its debut in the Italian hotel market by completing the acquisition of the operating company of the Amedia Milan hotel through ICH Europe.
This expansion into Milan follows a series of strategic moves by the group in Europe, including its recent entry into the German hotel market, which added six strategic hotels to its international portfolio, highlighted by the legendary Hotel Excelsior in Berlin, alongside five operating properties in Munich, Hamburg, and Leipzig.
The four-star Amedia Milan hotel features 148 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, conference spaces, and advanced amenities. Strategically located near the San Siro football stadium, the property offers quick access to the city's business centers, convention and exhibition hubs, and major transportation routes to the airport.
