Bitcorp Capital Partners with CRYMBO Technologies for Digital Asset System
Bitcorp Capital has partnered with CRYMBO Technologies to launch a white-label digital asset financial system within 90 days, led by figures including Yohanan Danino and Reuven Rivlin.

Bitcorp Capital, a public company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, has announced a partnership agreement with CRYMBO Technologies LTD to implement a white-label core financial system for digital assets under the Bitcorp brand.
Strategic Leadership and Infrastructure
Bitcorp Capital, whose leadership includes former Israeli President Reuven Rivlin as company president and former Israel Police Commissioner Yohanan Danino as chairman of the board, plans to connect its operations to various infrastructure providers in trading, custody, liquidity, and regulatory compliance through the new platform.
In the initial phase, the system will allow customers to buy, sell, and convert between fiat currencies and digital assets, as well as trade between different digital assets. The parties have set an operational target to launch the services within up to 90 days from the fulfillment of the required conditions.
Executive Insights on the Partnership
Yohanan Danino, chairman of the board of Bitcorp Capital, commented on the move:
This agreement marks a significant transition for Bitcorp Capital from the infrastructure-building phase to the actual operation of financial services for clients. The target we set together with CRYMBO Technologies is to achieve initial operation within up to 90 days.
By leveraging existing modular infrastructure rather than developing core systems independently, the company aims to significantly shorten setup timelines and accelerate its transition to the operational phase with a strong focus on compliance and corporate governance.
