Naftali Bennett, leader of the "Be-yachad" party, visited ultra-Orthodox youths in a Sukkah in Bnei Brak and warned that lack of integration and core education threatens the state's future. Bennett stated that he will lead a policy to zero out state funding for those who do not serve in the military and refuse to study core subjects.

Writing on X, Bennett highlighted the demographic projections. With 1.5 million ultra-Orthodox citizens today and an estimated 4 million in a generation, failure to incorporate English, mathematics, and civic education could lead to the collapse of the IDF and the high-tech economy.

Bennett noted that he listened to the personal and social challenges young ultra-Orthodox individuals face regarding military service. Despite disagreements during the late-night discussions, he praised his hosts for the invitation.

Recent polls indicate a drop in support for "Be-yachad", placing the joint list at approximately 10 mandates compared to 25 mandates when it was launched in April.
