Mass brawl in Beit Hanina: One person injured by stone-throwing - Police dispersed the rioters

Violent clashes in East Jerusalem: Jerusalem District police officers were called this evening, Monday, to a mass brawl that broke out in the Beit Hanina neighborhood against the backdrop of an ongoing dispute between families.
During the brawl, those involved used stones, sticks, and fireworks. Officers from the Shuafat station and Jerusalem District Yasam special patrol forces, who arrived quickly at the scene, were forced to use riot dispersal measures to take control of the incident and restore public order.
As a result of the stone-throwing, one person was lightly injured. He was treated at the scene and evacuated for medical treatment at Shaare Zedek Hospital.
