Behind the ambitious project are entrepreneurs Ben and Omri Zini together with Gilad Adin, who invested an amount estimated at approximately 3 million shekels in the venture.
The new complex is designed to provide an advanced and prestigious playing experience, including five indoor and air-conditioned padel courts that allow for multiple games to be held simultaneously, alongside a pickleball court and a teqball table. The combination of air-conditioned courts with a closed indoor space solves one of the main challenges of this sport in Israel — dealing with changing weather conditions. The technological infrastructure at the site will allow amateur and professional players alike to enjoy continuous play throughout all seasons of the year, whether it is the hot summer days or the rainy winter days.
The operating concept of the venue places special emphasis on the connection between a sporty lifestyle, social life, and recreation.
