Arbex Begins Operations in Israel and Appoints New CEO
Arbex, the new international company formed by the strategic partnership of Kimberly-Clark and Suzano, has officially launched in Israel. Liat Kedar-Feigin has been appointed as the CEO for the local market.

The company Arbex is beginning its operations in Israel and is appointing a new CEO for the local market.
Arbex is a new international company, born from a strategic collaboration between two giants of the paper and hygiene products industry, Kimberly-Clark and Suzano.
The company was announced in 2025 as part of a global strategic move, and as of July 1, 2026, it was officially launched worldwide. Now, following the global launch, the company is beginning its operations in Israel as well, led by CEO Liat Kedar-Feigin. The scope of the company's operations is estimated at approximately 3.4 billion dollars.
The company operates in more than 70 markets around the world, operates 22 production sites, and brings together a wide portfolio of leading tissue and hygiene brands. In Israel, the company markets the brands Kleenex, Lily, Mollett, Nicol, and Shmurat Teva, and operates three production sites employing hundreds of workers.
Liat Kedar-Feigin brings with her over 15 years of experience in senior management roles at the Osem-Nestlé group. In her last role, she served as CEO of the Osem-Nestlé food division and was responsible for all of the division's operations in Israel. Liat led the business strategy, marketing, innovation, and was responsible for all business performance.
Throughout her career, she has led significant growth initiatives, the development of new categories, innovative launches, and organizational transformation, alongside connecting Nestlé's global strategy to its implementation in the local market.
In her previous roles, she served, among others, as CEO of the culinary division, manager of the snacks division, and VP of marketing for Tivol.
