After getting down on one knee for Zohar, Hodaya Cohen clarifies: "I faked a marriage proposal"
The couple is currently spending a romantic vacation abroad. Last night they were at the center of a social media storm following footage of Hodaya getting down on one knee with a ring in front of her partner, which sparked widespread reactions. Now, she is setting the record straight.

The latest season of "Big Brother," which concluded about a month ago, generated plenty of headlines. Amidst the new romances that blossomed, new conflicts also emerged that continue to stir conversation even after the show's end.
Between season participants Zohar Isaac Zaken and Hodaya Cohen, a close romantic bond formed during the show, peaking with the season's first kiss. Zohar, who promised in front of everyone that he would wait for her outside, kept his word and was there to support Hodaya during the dramatic moments of her eviction.
These days, the couple is enjoying a romantic vacation in Santorini, Greece. This week, as part of the Tu B'Av (Day of Love) celebrations, Hodaya got down on one knee and pulled out a ring on their hotel balcony for Zohar. "My love forever," she wrote in the video of the "proposal." The footage managed to completely confuse followers and sparked a new storm online.
This morning, after the dust had settled, Hodaya turned on the camera again to explain what really happened behind the scenes. In a post uploaded to her Instagram, she shared a short vlog summarizing the Tu B'Av celebrations. According to her, the video was intended to clarify her true intentions regarding the rings, which had confused everyone, including Zohar.
"I'm going to fake a marriage proposal," she said in the footage filmed before pulling out the rings.
"For me, this is a promise ring," she continued. "It's close to a marriage proposal, but it's not really. It's a ring of belonging. You belong to me and I to you."
After long weeks under the watchful eyes of the cameras, Hodaya Cohen and Zohar Isaac are proving that their relationship can stand the test of reality. Although they didn't win the million, they left with a personal win — each other.
