As mentioned, Tabibi's short vacation managed to raise quite a few questions among users, and rumors began to appear online that the anchor was leaving Channel 14. Some interpreted her words as a hint of a possible departure, and the reactions were not long in coming: "For a moment I was scared that you were leaving Channel 14? But when I understood it was for a short vacation, the spirits calmed down," wrote one follower. Others wondered: "Megi Tabibi is saying goodbye to Channel 14 'in light of the period in the country'," "Already missing you," "Why are you sad?".
The one who took her place on the screen was the Saturday edition anchor, Lital Shemesh. However, for her too, the last few days did not pass in a routine manner: in a story she shared online, she told that she found herself in the emergency room after suffering from severe abdominal pain and evacuated herself to the hospital. Despite the unexpected visit to the ER, the anchor did not let the event stop her work routine, and already the next day she appeared in the studio. As mentioned, Tabibi will return to the screen this evening at 19:50.
