After two weeks on the run: suspect arrested for robbing a driver near Salfit

A third suspect involved in a robbery that occurred near Salfit in Samaria was arrested by detectives from the inter-agency headquarters of the Judea and Samaria District. According to the police, the robbery took place on May 26, and the investigation was opened after receiving a report on the incident.

The investigation revealed that at approximately 16:00, three suspects blocked the victim's vehicle while he was driving. The suspects approached him armed with weapons and robbed him of money.

As the investigation progressed, two suspects, residents of the Samaria region in their 20s, were arrested. Both were released under restrictive conditions by court decision. Later, the third suspect, a resident of Samaria in his 20s, was arrested after, according to the police, he had been on the run for about two weeks.

The suspect was brought to a court hearing, during which it was decided to release him under restrictive conditions until August 11 for the purpose of continuing the investigation. The police stated that the investigation into the case is ongoing.
