AliExpress Launches Elite Loyalty Club in Israel Ahead of Singles' Day
AliExpress launched its Elite loyalty club in Israel, offering free membership, an extra 5% discount on millions of items, free returns, and 24/7 dedicated customer service.
AliExpress has launched its first loyalty club, Elite, in Israel, designed to reward its most loyal customers with exclusive perks and discounts.
Membership and Core Benefits
Joining the club is free and by personal invitation only, determined by the customer's purchase history. Invited members can view their status directly in the AliExpress app alongside special pricing. The central benefit is an additional 5% discount on millions of items marked with the Elite label, including products from the Choice and Brand+ categories. Additionally, on the first day of every month, members will enjoy Elite Day, featuring an 8% discount on eligible items.
Elite members also receive enhanced customer service and return policies. Members can return eligible products for free without extra documentation, provided the request is made within 15 days of receipt. A dedicated online customer service is available 24/7 to assist members.

Singles' Day and Expansion
The launch of Elite coincides with Singles' Day (11.11), AliExpress's annual shopping event running from November 1 to November 18. Throughout November, members will receive an extra 5% discount on promotional prices for eligible items.
Founded in 2010 as part of the Alibaba Group, AliExpress operates in over 200 countries and regions. The platform is available in 15 languages, including Hebrew, offering diverse categories such as Brand+ for international and local verified brands.
