A prosecutor's statement was filed today, Tuesday, against three individuals involved in the assault of a man at the 'G-Hotel' pool in Eilat. Police investigation reveals that the confrontation stemmed from a dispute over a seating area at the hotel pool.

Investigators from the Eilat District Police completed their inquiry into the incident, which occurred approximately ten days ago. It is alleged that the suspects took over the victim's seating area and threw his personal belongings aside. They subsequently struck the victim with fists and kicks, causing injuries that required medical evacuation by Magen David Adom, including broken teeth and severe bruising.

The investigation further revealed that one of the suspects threatened to kill the victim during the altercation. Following their arrest, a substance suspected to be a dangerous crystal-type drug, intended for distribution rather than personal use, was seized from one of the suspects.

Following the comprehensive investigation, the Prosecution Division has announced its intention to file a serious indictment against the three primary suspects in the coming days, alongside a request for their detention until the conclusion of legal proceedings.
