Shocking Indictment: 33-Year-Old Woman and Partner Accused of Sex Crimes Against Her Minor Daughters

The State Prosecution filed today (Thursday) a serious indictment with the Central District Court—Lod against a 33-year-old woman from the center and her 43-year-old partner, attributing to them the commission of numerous sex offenses against the defendant’s two minor daughters, who were between the ages of 12–8, as well as against two toddlers from her family, aged between one and three years.

In the indictment, filed by Adv. Lital Mehalel of the Central District Prosecution, it is stated that the defendants met about a year and a half ago through a dating application and engaged in an intimate relationship. As part of the relationship, they frequently exchanged messages about sexual deviations, engaged in the defendant’s sexual conduct, in the sexual fantasies of the two regarding the defendant’s minor daughters, and exchanged between them pedophilic content, including images and videos of obscene content of adults and minors in general, and the defendant’s daughters and infants in particular. Among other things, they exchanged messages about the defendant’s fantasies of sexual contact with the defendant’s daughters, as well as about sexual contact by both with future fictional children of theirs.

At the beginning of the sexual relationship, the defendant clarified to the defendant that he was interested in sexual deviations and that he was not interested in a long-term relationship with her, and because the defendant wanted to continue and preserve the relationship, she acted to fulfill the defendant’s requests and desires, with his knowledge and encouragement.

The indictment details how, within the sexual relationship, the defendant, on her own initiative or at the defendant’s request, would photograph, film, and record the defendant’s minor daughters, and send the recordings to the defendant, who praised her, expressed his enthusiasm and excitement from the recordings, and encouraged her to continue documenting the minor daughters in intimate positions and in partial clothing. The defendant continued and documented the minor daughters in various positions, in partial clothing, in underwear, in a swimsuit, or in the nude, and sent the images to the defendant, who made use of them in order to reach sexual gratification.

In two of the meetings held by the defendants in the defendant’s home, in the bedroom, the defendant masturbated while he watched one of the minor daughters sleeping in the defendant’s bed, as the defendant sat in close proximity to her, for the purpose of stimulating and sexually gratifying the two. In addition, the defendants carried out sexual acts between them in the presence of the girls who were sleeping in the room, and when the defendant watched them. On another occasion, the defendant visited the defendant and her daughters during their vacation, and during the meeting he carried out indecent acts with them, touching them and hugging them.

The indictment further states that, in light of the defendant’s desire to satisfy the defendant’s urges, and with his encouragement, the defendant committed acts of rape also against two infants from her family. At his request, she photographed and filmed her acts and transferred the footage to the defendant immediately upon their completion. The indictment notes that the defendant sexually harmed young children, with the defendant’s encouragement and in view of the compliments and enthusiasm he expressed regarding her actions, in order to please the defendant and continue the sexual relationship with him.

After her investigation, the defendant deleted the messages between her and the defendant from her mobile phone, intending to conceal evidence and thwart a judicial process, and these were restored later. During the correspondence between them, the defendants deleted messages between them, and the defendant urged the defendant to delete the photos and videos documenting her acts.

The indictment attributes to the defendants, each according to his part, the commission of offenses of rape of a minor family member, solicitation to rape a minor family member, an indecent act with a minor who had not yet turned 16, jointly, an indecent act with a minor family member who had not yet turned 16, jointly, the use of the bodies of minors for the making of obscene publication by the person responsible for the minor, the publication of obscene content with the image of a minor by the person responsible for the minor, multiple offenses of possession and consumption of obscene publication with the image of a minor, obstruction of the course of justice, and additional offenses.

The Prosecution asked the court to order the continued detention of the defendants until the end of the legal proceedings against them, and in the detention request Adv. Mehalel emphasized that “their harsh acts toward young children, in a systematic and ongoing manner, indicate the high danger posed by them.”
