Accident on Ayalon: Two motorcyclists seriously injured after being hit by a bus

Two young men in their 20s were seriously injured today, Wednesday, in a motorcycle accident on Highway 20, Ayalon North, under the Arlozorov bridge. According to MADA, the motorcycle they were riding was hit by a bus. MADA teams provided medical treatment and evacuated them to Ichilov Hospital in serious but stable condition.

The report of the accident was received at 16:59 at the MADA 101 emergency center in the Dan region. The medics and paramedics who arrived at the scene provided the injured with treatment that included stopping bleeding, bandaging, and stabilization, and then evacuated them in intensive care ambulances.

MADA paramedics Mais Salah and Lihi Katz, and emergency medical technician from the motorcycle unit Aybak Hamuda said: "When we arrived at the scene, we noticed the two injured lying on the ground suffering from multi-system trauma after being hit by a bus while riding a motorcycle. We provided them with life-saving medical treatment that included stopping bleeding, bandaging, and stabilization, and we evacuated them in MADA intensive care ambulances to the hospital in serious but stable condition."
