Accident on Highway 1: Motorcyclist moderately injured
A motorcyclist aged about 50 was moderately injured and an 8-year-old girl sustained light injuries in a traffic accident on Highway 1, near the Daniel interchange in Jerusalem. United Hatzalah teams provided initial medical treatment at the scene before evacuating them to hospitals.

According to the United Hatzalah spokesperson, the accident involved a motorcycle and a private vehicle. After receiving treatment at the scene, the motorcyclist and the girl were evacuated to hospitals for further medical care.
Avi Rafaeli, a United Hatzalah medic, stated:
"This is an accident involving a motorcycle and a private vehicle. We provided medical assistance at the scene to the motorcycle rider (50) who was moderately injured and to the girl (8) who was lightly injured, after which they were evacuated to hospitals for further medical treatment."
