82 parliamentary queries submitted to Netanyahu in the 25th Knesset: How many went unanswered?
During the 44 months of the 25th Knesset, the Prime Minister's Office responded to only 22% of queries from Knesset members — averaging one response every two and a half months. Many "uncomfortable" topics were ignored entirely.
During the term of the 25th Knesset, members of parliament submitted 82 queries to the Prime Minister's Office. Only 18 received a response, while 64 — nearly four out of five — remained unanswered. These findings come from an investigation by the "Shakuf" website as part of its "Ministermeter" project, which evaluates the professional performance of ministers.
Of the total submissions, 78 were standard queries, while four were designated as urgent by the Knesset Speaker. Over the 44-month period covered by the investigation, the Prime Minister's Office responded to an average of one query every two and a half months, resulting in a total response rate of just 22%.
Among the ignored submissions were two queries from MK Yoav Segalovitz regarding the security detail of Yair Netanyahu abroad. The first, submitted on December 31, 2024, questioned why the advisory committee's recommendation to limit security to six months and transfer it to the "Magen" unit was not implemented. A follow-up query on June 11, 2025, also received no response.
Four queries related to the "Qatar-gate" affair also went unanswered. In May 2025, MK Gilad Kariv asked the Prime Minister regarding his advisor Yonatan Urich: "66 days have passed since Yonatan Urich admitted to receiving money from Qatar. Why have you not fired him yet?". No response was provided.

MK Ofer Cassif also received no response to queries regarding settler violence and Jewish terrorism. In July 2025, he asked if the Prime Minister intended to instruct security agencies to designate certain settler organizations as terrorist groups. In May 2026, he submitted another query regarding Shin Bet efforts to prevent Jewish terrorism, citing "Haaretz" reports that Shin Bet chief David Zini was blocking the classification of violent incidents against Palestinians as terrorism.
Additional ignored queries concerned the dismantling of the climate crisis unit within the National Security Council (MK Yorai Lahav-Hertzanu), the allocation of government funds to television channels (MK Gilad Kariv), Sara Netanyahu's intervention in public diplomacy during the war (MK Naor Shiri), and reports regarding the Prime Minister's health.
