The local real estate market continues to seek ways to encourage apartment purchases against the backdrop of a high interest rate environment. In this context, the "Hever" consumer club and the construction company "Aura" are launching a new housing campaign aimed at club members and their first-degree relatives. As part of the campaign, hundreds of housing units will be offered for sale, including 2–6 room apartments, garden apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses in five projects across the country.

The campaign includes projects in Hadera, Ramat HaSharon, Ramat Gan, Kiryat Ono, and Ofakim. Among the projects: a complex in the Morasha neighborhood of Ramat HaSharon, a project in the new Ramat Hen in Ramat Gan, the "HaOren" project in Kiryat Ono, a residential complex between the Hadera forest and the city center, and the "Afikey HaNahal" project in Ofakim, where eligible buyers will also be able to enjoy a local tax benefit. According to the company, the geographical diversity is intended to address demand both in central areas and in developing regions.

Financing benefits: exemption from indexation and deferred payments

At the center of the benefits offered by the campaign are a full exemption from indexation to the construction input index throughout the construction period, deferral of the bulk of the payment until close to the occupancy date, discounts from the list price, free mortgage consulting, and preferential financing terms. The payment structure is designed to reduce the immediate expenditure of buyers during the construction period and provide greater certainty regarding the final cost of the apartment, at a time when financing costs continue to burden the housing market.

Registration for the campaign will open on Thursday, August 6, 2026, and will be conducted on the "Hever" club website on a "first come, first served" basis. At 10:00, registration will open for projects in Ramat HaSharon and Hadera, and at 10:30 for projects in Kiryat Ono, Ramat Gan, and Ofakim. Registration will close on August 19 at 14:00, with sales days to be held between August 24 and 28, and invitations will be issued according to the order of registration.
