12th Quarter of Double-Digit Growth at Terminal X; Net Profit Jumped by 90%
Terminal X reported its 12th consecutive quarter of double-digit growth, with net profit surging 90% to 13.7 million shekels. Total revenue for the second quarter of 2026 reached 161 million shekels, a 20.5% increase year-over-year.

The small companies in which Terminal X acquired control, as part of its strategy to expand through acquisitions and improve profitability, continue to contribute to the group's results. The fashion brand Inker, consolidated in June 2025, and the jewelry brand Ronit Yam, consolidated last October, contributed to the increase in sales and the improvement in gross profitability.
The Terminal X website itself showed an increase in the number of transactions and active customers, though the average basket decreased to 427 shekels from 429 shekels in the parallel quarter. Last July, Terminal X acquired 51% of the modest fashion brand Sadeh Bar for 3.5 million shekels. The impact of the independent brands was reflected in revenue and gross profitability, which stands at 69%—significantly higher than the 44% of the main Terminal X segment.
The company announced a dividend distribution of 20 million shekels. CEO Nir Horowitz stated:
"We are not only increasing sales, but we have consistently improved the company's cost structure and increased its operating leverage. We see 12 quarters of improvement, with net profit growing."
Horowitz confirmed that the company is negotiating the acquisition of additional brands in the fields of vitamins, home goods, and lifestyle. In May, Terminal X closed its store at the Azrieli Sarona mall, paying a 1.5 million shekel exit penalty. The group also recorded 550,000 shekels in other income as compensation for damages from the Iron Swords war.
Terminal X's revenues in the second quarter of 2026 amounted to 161 million shekels, an increase of 20.5%. The number of active customers rose to 785,000. The group concluded the quarter with a gross margin of 50.1% and a gross profit of approximately 81 million shekels (+24.4%). Operating profit grew by 59% to 18.6 million shekels, while net profit jumped by 90% to 13.7 million shekels.
