A serious indictment was filed against Eliyahu Ganah from Netanya for a series of indecent acts against women. According to the indictment, after being released to house arrest, he violated the conditions, went out on his motorcycle, and attacked 10 women in a single day. The prosecution is requesting his continued detention until the end of the proceedings.

An indictment was filed today, Monday, against 22-year-old Eliyahu Ganah from Netanya for committing a long series of indecent acts against women throughout the city, some of which occurred while he was under house arrest.
The indictment states that Ganah lowered his pants and performed sexual acts in front of women in residential buildings in Netanya. Subsequently, after being questioned by the police and released to house arrest, he violated the conditions, took his motorcycle onto the city streets, and while driving, rode onto the sidewalk to grab a pedestrian by her buttocks.
According to the indictment, in a single day, Ganah operated with a similar method against 10 different complainants in 10 separate incidents. He would approach women walking on the streets on his motorcycle and grab their buttocks, legs, or breasts. The indictment charges him with numerous counts of indecent acts, attempted indecent acts, and violation of a legal order.
The prosecution is asking the court to order his continued detention until the end of the legal proceedings, as his dangerousness is evidenced by the high frequency of the acts attributed to him. The prosecution stated:
"The defendant's lack of fear of the law, combined with the fact that some acts were committed while violating house arrest conditions, demonstrates that no alternative to detention can eliminate the danger he poses."
